Most video production companies will show you a reel and ask for a brief. We do it differently. Every engagement at VideoWhiz begins with what we call a narrative audit — a structured conversation where we dissect what your audience actually needs to feel, know, or do after watching your content. This is not a creative meeting. It is a diagnostic session.
We operate from a converted linen mill studio in South Breitenberg, Northern Ireland. The space houses two shooting stages, a dedicated sound booth, and a post-production suite that handles everything from rough assembly to final master delivery. Our team of seven permanent staff is supplemented by a rotating bench of three to five freelance specialists depending on project scope.
"VideoWhiz didn't just make our corporate video. They restructured how we think about visual communication internally. The audit alone was worth the engagement." — T. Malone, Operations Lead, Causeway Logistics
We divide our work into three editorial tracks. Track A covers commercial and brand video — adverts, product launches, social campaigns. Track B handles documentary and long-form narrative — anything over five minutes that requires sustained storytelling. Track C is our post-production-only service, where clients bring existing footage and we handle editing, grading, sound design, and delivery.
Every track follows the same quality framework. We call it the Three-Gate Review: a structural edit review at 40% completion, a fine-cut review at 75%, and a final delivery review with client sign-off. No project ships without clearing all three gates.
Our pricing is project-based, never hourly. We quote after the narrative audit, and the quote includes a detailed scope document that both parties sign. Change requests are handled through a transparent amendment process — no surprise invoices.
